Admin-in-charge : MiNG-Guojing/ MiNG-ZhaoYun /MiNG-TianXia
At no given time should a member of Ming Sect be farmed, any offensive actions will be met with full retaliations by full roster of Ming Sect.
Proper channel would be to wall/pal complaint to respective admins, do allow time for admins to respond.
